Printmaking in nature with Wingtip Press’ Amy Nack and Artingales’ April Hoff.  We will walk away with multiple mark making methods and a plethora of prints by incorporating a broad range of tools and techniques. Practice linocut relief, rubbings, chine-colle / collage, and planographic trace monotype in the beautiful coastal setting of South Beach State Park in Newport, Oregon.

Art of the Carolinas

Printmaker Amy Nack will be conducting three printmaking workshops at Art of the Carolinas in Raleigh, North Carolina November 9-12. Using Speedball Gel plate and Akua Inks, you’ll learn techniques for creating luscious, layered prints!

Print Boise 2017 at the Boise Watershed  Watershed Weekends on May 20 from 10-1.  No registration is necessary.

Join Wingtip Press and Print Boise for a unique look at the Boise Watershed with plein air printmaking. We’ll create multiple rubbings of textures and surfaces from the Watershed’s sidewalks, structures,and signage and document this magnificent facility. Participants will create a print to keep and a print to be included in a public exhibition on August 4 at MING Studios. Sign your print with you own personal chop  (stamp) which will be yours to keep. This project is funded by a generous grant from the Boise City Department of Arts and History.
